I am not one to whinge...but...

As much as my hubby will disagree... I am not one to complain so I promise this will be the one and only time I whinge here.

I am sick of waiting... I feel like I am waiting for everything to happen in my life at the moment....and well... I am a bit over waiting. I can think of at least 7 things I am tired of waiting for:

1. I can't seem to finish the very last and final Harry Potter book soon enough.

2. I then have to wait for my hubby to finish the last Harry Potter book so we can then ''discuss'' the ending.

3. The Harry Potter Lego Wii game isn't out until 30 June.

4. The next season of Dexter isn't on TV until September... September!! How much longer can one sit around wondering what happens next?

5. The final Harry Potter film isn't released in Australia until November NOT July as I thought.

6. My dad is heading to Europe next week and won't be back until the end of August which means ''waiting'' sooo many weeks for him to return so I can hear his voice on the telephone.

7. Waiting for the warmer weather to arrive and we are only in our 4th day of Winter.

Ok me thinks I am done.

I know most of my issues of ''waiting'' are related to Harry Potter but as you know I am a wee bit obsessed with young Harry, Ron and Hermione at the moment.

I promise I will move on to a new obsession...soon....
but I guess for the time being you will just have to ...
WAIT!!

Girrrrl, I'm in love with that serial killer too! If I wasn't concerned about being thought of as a total weirdo, I'd tell you that I've watched seasons 1 and 2 AT LEAST 5 times each from beginning to end on Netflix. And I don't mean an episode now and then. I mean sit in bed and bead and watch 'em all back to back. But I won't tell you that because I'm not THAT weird. :P (Season 3 was kinda MEH. Can't wait for season 4!)

Have you not seen Season 4? Let me know if you haven't so I don't say anything to give you any hints as to what happens! We watched it towards the end of last year - I think hubby downloaded it from the Showtime website.

I have to admit I have a bit of a soft spot for that spunky serial killer too - there is just something likeable about him!!

i couldnt (silently) agree more with you. i have to stop myself from thinking of the wait. waiting to move, settle down, buy a house, work, get well, feel energetic, on and on. but we should just live however we are now, and wait for nothing.

I LOVE Harry Potter. I have re-read the books a dozen or more times (speed reader). I also have all the movies that are out. So I hear you about obsessions. I have not tried watching Dexter yet, though the way you all talk about the show I guess I should give it a try. I also feel your pain on waiting. At my job we are waiting to find out if we will still have a job. I think the waiting is going to kill me because I am eating tons and tons of Tootsie Rolls (which are soooo good when they are fresh). Good luck with all your waits and I can't wait to read about what your new obsession is.

Oh I know! I swear I love "Rescue Me"and I still have to wait til the end of June for the new season! As far as Harry goes he has been part of our family for years and Shelby and I had to wait for each book to be released (imagine that wait, not pretty :) ) I hate waiting too!
